About Me

I believe that everyone has the right to challenge limitations put on them by society, achieving many things and experiencing success.

I am a bilingual Deaf counsellor and supervisor. My first language is English, but the language of my heart is NZSL (New Zealand Sign Language) and I am part of the Deaf community as well as the hearing community.

By using speech and hearing devices, I can communicate with hearing people but I use NZSL interpreters for group discussions, meetings, workshops and conferences.

To relax I like gardening, art and craft, reading, walking my dog, and spending time with family and friends.
